We provided a Windows VPS to this company [Max Multi Services Pvt Ltd] and they were paid payment for 3-4 months however payments not on time for any invoices. After that they asked us for annual payment proposal so we quoted for the same and cancelled the monthly invoicing but after that Mr. Aditya kept asking time to make the annual payment.
He seemed genuine we didn’t suspend the services for 6 months and then his total due increased to Rs.25000 till November 2018 and we blindly trusted their words.
The excuse given by Aditya is “SBI account holds” due to some company’s internal issues due to which he is not able to make any payments. I talked with the company owner as well 4-5 times but every time I got the same scripted reply “Aditya se baat nahi hui kya aapki?” Then he ends up the call with these words “Chaliye thik hai mai Aditya se baat karke batata hu” but never heard back.
I am writing this review because we lost Rs18000/- from our pockets to keep their services up and running so I don’t want someone else gets suffered from the same situation.
Being startup company loss of Rs18000/- is big enough.
I do not have an exact idea what exactly they do but as per their company registration and website available on the web they deal in
- Mobile, DTH Recharges
- Ticket Booking
- Bill Payments etc

We also got to know that this company is not releasing funds of their partners as well, I have read some reviews in consumer forum see what Mr. Abhijet have to say about Max Multi Services in Lucknow
“These company has stopped their service of operation without consent of its distributors and now they are not returning the distributor/master-distributors money.
Moreover, they have done this with many employees and they are working on PAN India level.
I don't understand why the government is silent for these type of companies.”
What we have done?
Well we have terminated the services after November 2018 after the loss of Rs18000/- from own pocket except service charges and GST round figure would be approx 35K
I don’t have any hope getting a payment that is why am writing this review.
